Pizza Artist
As a Pizza Artist at Mod Pizza, you're the heart of our operation. You'll craft custom pizzas to order, ensuring each guest gets exactly what they want — freshly made with the best ingredients. This role is perfect for energetic, food-loving individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Need:
- Passion for food and delivering outstanding guest experiences

- No prior experience required — we provide full training
Shift Leader
The Shift Leader at Mod Pizza plays a key role in daily operations. You'll support the General Manager by overseeing team performance, maintaining quality standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and crew. This is a great step toward restaurant management for motivated individuals.
What You'll Need:
- 1+ year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a positive team attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Experience handling cash and basic restaurant operations
- ServSafe certification is a plus (training provided if needed)
General Manager
As General Manager of a Mod Pizza location, you'll be responsible for all facets of restaurant operations — from staffing and training to financial performance and guest satisfaction. You'll embody the mod pizza spirit by building a culture of authenticity, care, and excellence in every pizza we serve.
What You'll Need:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual dining
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team
- Strong financial acumen including P&L management and inventory control
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Food safety certification required; multi-unit experience is a plus
Catering Coordinator
The Catering Coordinator is the go-to person for delivering the mod pizza experience beyond our four walls. You'll manage large catering orders, liaise with corporate clients and event planners, and ensure flawless execution of every catering event — from office parties to large celebrations across the United States.
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years of catering, event planning, or sales experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Digital Marketing Specialist
Help spread the mod pizza story across digital platforms. As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll manage social media campaigns, email marketing, SEO strategy, and paid ads to grow the Mod Pizza brand and drive online orders across the United States. You'll work closely with leadership to craft bold, creative content that reflects who we are.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience (SEO, SEM, social media)
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email platforms
- Strong copywriting skills and eye for compelling visual content
- Restaurant or food brand marketing experience is a strong plus
